How do I notify the account manager/underwriter of a loan amount, program change, etc.?
Please upload a revised 1003 along with a processor’s certification detailing the changes being made.

Who is my Account Executive?
You may call the Acopia Capital Group at: (615) 859-5537 and we will put you in touch with one of our Regional Sales Managers that will assist you and assign an Account Executive to you.

How do I submit a loan to Acopia Capital Group?
If this is your first time submitting a loan, please contact your Account Executive for assistance. Submitting a loan online is as simple as "two clicks of a mouse". Once you have a Login ID & Password for the Broker Area, you can upload your file to ACES.

Where do I send my Original File & Underwriting Conditions on an Approved Loan?

Please upload your submission package/conditions in ACES. If you need direction or assistance uploading, you may contact your Account Executive or our Customer Service Department.

Who do I contact for Program or Pricing questions?
Please call your Account Executive for assistance on all product structuring and pricing scenarios.

Who do I contact for Loan Status questions?
Once you have a Login ID & Password for our Broker Lounge area, you can view the status of your submitted files online in your active pipeline. Information and statuses are updated in real-time. You may also contact your Customer Service Rep.

What are your current turn times?
Underwriting, Resubmission, Doc & Funding turn times are published every Tuesday and Thursday morning on our website. Please contact your Loan Coordinator for additional information on a specific transaction. Underwriting and condition turn times are published daily on our rate sheets. Please contact your CSR for additional information on a specific transaction.

How do I Lock a Loan?
Loans may be locked in ePrice based on the day's current pricing as soon as pricing is posted between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, during normal business days. Once a loan is locked on the website, a Lock Confirmation will be displayed and available for printing.

Do all Loans need to be Locked?
Yes
All products offered by Acopia Capital Group Inc need to be locked. Loans must be locked at least 24 Hours PRIOR to Final Resubmission to Underwriting.

What items are required for Streamline Submissions?
In addition to the items required on any loan submission, Streamline files require: Mortgage loan payoff, Mortgage only credit report WITH scores, FHA connection Case number and Refinance Authorization.
